Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer throughout the repair process.
This is a front-facing position in a busy shop environment, ideal for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Walk customers through the repair process, including insurance and payment steps
- Build trust and maintain clear, consistent communication
Vehicle Intake & Documentation
- Assist with vehicle check-in process
- Map and document damage
- Take photos and maintain accurate repair files in line with company and partner standards
Administrative Support
- Collect payments and manage transactions
- Update rental systems (ARMS)
- Support the General Manager with documentation and reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up
Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in the collision repair or automotive industry
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
