Are you an experienced automotive detailer with a keen eye for perfection? Gallatin Ford and Gallatin CDJR are expanding our operations and building a state-of-the-art detail department. We're seeking skilled professionals to help us set the standard for vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and shampooing.
- Apply protective finishes to exteriors and treat interiors with appropriate products.
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and report any issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department.
- Ensure all detailing work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
