Full-Time | Sales Manager / Finance Manager
Tractor & Equipment Dealership
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the sales team
Desk deals and assist with financing for customers
Help customers choose the right tractors, mowers, and equipment
Follow up on leads and ensure strong close rates
Build relationships with banks and lenders to get deals approved
Train and coach sales staff on process, follow-up, and closing
Oversee paperwork, deal flow, and financing accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales and leadership experience (dealership preferred)
Experience with financing and structuring deals
Confident working with customers in person and on the phone
Highly motivated and dependable
Ability to manage multiple deals at once
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Tractor or equipment knowledge
Experience with multiple lenders
Previous Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience
Pay & Schedule
100% commission-based (high earning potential)
Full-time, Monday–Saturday

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
