Service Center Manager- Jiffy Lube

We’re an Arkansas owned and operated company looking for a motivated leader to join our growing team as a Service Center Manager. If you’re dependable, people oriented, and ready to lead a team, we want to hear from you. Automotive experience is required. Shop management experience is required. We’re looking for a good attitude, strong work ethic, customer service excellence, and leadership ability.

What you’ll do:

· Lead daily operations of your service center

· Ensure excellent customer service

· Coach, train, and support team members

· Monitor and maintain proper inventory

· Maintain a safe, smooth, and efficient shop

· Assist with troubleshooting vehicle issues as needed

· Strong people skills

· Willingness to learn and grow

· Management experience is required

· Automotive experience is required

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
