Ford Lincoln of Cookeville is one of the only dealerships IN THE NATION offering a true FOUR DAY WORK WEEK for our sales team. We're closed Sundays, which means you get TWO 3-day weekends every single month.

We'll teach you Ford and Lincoln products, our systems, and automotive finance—but you need to bring the proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close.

What You'll Do:
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers (not just make a sale and disappear).
- Listen to customers' needs and match them to the right vehicle.
- Present vehicles with confidence and strong product knowledge.
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through the decision process.
- Generate your own leads creatively: social media, referrals, community connections, past clients.
- Work alongside a supportive team in a collaborative (not cutthroat) environment.
- Negotiate ethically and close deals with integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years proven sales experience (automotive experience NOT required, but sales success IS)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate and follow up on leads
