We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive General Manager to lead our Automotive Detail Shop operations with energy and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of shop management, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and team leadership. Your expertise will drive high-end sales, expand our B2B (business-to-business) relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the technicians
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract new customers and expand B2B partnerships.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through closing deals, including calling and outbound sales efforts.
Oversee inventory management, inventory control, and retail math to optimize stock levels and maximize profitability.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and support upselling opportunities.
Conduct negotiations with clients and partners to secure high-end vehicle services while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ensure compliance with policies, maintain high standards of customer service, and uphold professional public speaking skills when representing the dealership publicly.
Organize and participate in community outreach or public speaking events to promote shop services and build brand awareness.

Skills

Proven experience in dealership or automotive management
Exceptional communication abilities
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting.
Expertise in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and B2B outreach to grow the customer base.
Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting upselling initiatives.

Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles in general

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
