Job Overview
Walker’s Renton Subaru has an immediate need for internet and floor salespeople. The automotive sales industry is going through massive changes with an ever-increasing percentage of customers preferring to begin the shopping/buying process online rather than traditional methods. We need motivated, organized, customer service-oriented salespeople. Each salesperson is provided daily leads of customers actively looking to buy a car. We believe that good long-term salespeople are an investment for the future success of the company. This attitude is reflected with our pay plan (salary + commission + volume bonuses) which is one of the best in the business! We always look within the company first when a higher-level position becomes available with several of our department managers having started out in entry level positions.

Duties

Utilize various online platforms to promote and sell products
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide product information
Manage inventory control and update online listings accordingly
Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with customers
Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Utilize sales software to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and drive sales growth

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette
Experience in inventory control within an online sales environment
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer needs effectively
Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales deals
Proficiency in using sales software to manage leads and track performance
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn!
