This role is for someone who already knows how to sell at a high level without sacrificing integrity or customer trust.

Who This Role Is For
Professionals who:
- Have earned $90,000+ in verifiable W-2 income in their most recent full year in a performance-based role
- Are confident leading consultative, value-based sales conversations
- Communicate clearly and follow through with customers
- Can manage a busy workflow while maintaining professionalism
Automotive Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred, but top consultative sales professionals with a strong earnings history may also succeed.
If your success relies on pressure tactics, exaggeration, or cutting corners, this role will not be a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Present inspection findings and repair recommendations
- Prepare estimates and obtain repair approvals
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Manage repair orders and follow-ups
- Build long-term customer relationships
Compensation & Schedule
- Top performers earn $100,000 – $160,000+ per year
- Unlimited commission potential
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
