Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet was presented the award as a tribute to its success as an independent entrepreneur who routinely exceeds the expectations of Mercedes-Benz owners.
Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet is a fast-growing state of the art dealership, including Sprinter commercial vehicles and we are looking to add qualified Sales Consultants to our team. In addition to our fast-paced team environment, we offer great benefits and ongoing training and support for ALL of our team members.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- MUST-provide positive, personal experiences for all that stop by our dealership.
- Demonstrate and explain the characteristics, capabilities, and features of our vehicles; take test drives; compare competitive models; explain warranties and services.
- Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain relationships with previously sold customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of incoming inventory, features, accessories and how they benefit customers.
- MUST be tech savvy, Reynolds and Dealersocket knowledge is a plus.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services, and finance.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with MBN’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Must have previous automotive sales experience
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Valid driver license and a good driving record.
Compensation:
- 6 FIGURE EARNING POTENTIAL
