We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team at our brand-new centralized BDC facility in Oakbrook, IL.

Position Summary
The Automotive BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales communications, responding to internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in driving dealership traffic and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and unsold opportunities
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive dealership experience
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize appointment show rates
Qualifications
- Automotive, BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Flexible shifts including evenings and Saturdays
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
