Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department at our Manor location. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume, profitability, and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
- Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
- Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to build a strong, customer-focused team
Qualifications

- Proven track record in automotive sales management (used car experience required)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on management style
- Ability to balance volume, gross, and customer retention
- Proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems
