About Us:
Bel Motors is a fast-growing used car dealership based in Austin, Texas, known for honest deals, clean inventory, and a premium customer experience. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated bilingual (English & Spanish) salesperson to help customers find their perfect vehicle while delivering excellent service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers (CarGurus, Facebook, etc.)
- Guide customers through the buying process — from test drive to financing
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
- Build relationships and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory and pricing
- Prepare paperwork and ensure smooth delivery for each sale
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to earn
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule:
- Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday
- Sundays and one weekday off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
