**What You'll Do:**
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and helping them feel confident in the service recommendations provided.
- Communicate effectively and convincingly present service options to customers, ensuring they understand the value of each investment in their vehicle.
- Collaborate closely with technicians, maintaining an open line of communication to seamlessly relay information and drive service excellence.
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude, actively engaging with team members to foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere.
- Adapt to dynamic situations with ease, embodying a willingness to learn and implement our tailored processes for a more organized and effective workflow.
