Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and via outbound calls to identify their automotive needs and preferences
- Conduct effective negotiations to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop a comprehensive sales pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and lead generation activities
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and support sales processes
- Upsell additional features, accessories, or services to maximize dealership revenue
- Present vehicle features confidently through public speaking skills and product demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels, new models, and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach efforts
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Assist with inventory management and control to ensure accurate stock levels and display presentation
Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on outside or outbound sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline within a dealership or B2B environment
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience in high-end sales or luxury vehicle markets is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for serving diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service expertise
- Previous experience with marketing initiatives, cold calling, or dealership operations is advantageous

Pay: $69,883.64 - $104,160.94 per year
