A well-known automotive dealership in the Portland Metro Area has an exciting opening for a tech-savvy, high-energy individual who is looking for a career in automotive parts. We are hiring a Parts Manager to bring on board and run our parts department. Working as our Parts Manager, your main responsibilities would revolve around running and operating an efficient and profitable department. The ideal candidate would have prior import parts experience and in-depth knowledge in a new car dealership.

Parts Manager Job Responsibilities are the following:
- Provided excellent customer service in sales, promoting related items working with retail and wholesale/commercial customers.
- Provided outstanding support and management within parts inventory.
- Monitored supply of parts inventory.
- Maintained parts inventory, records, ordered parts for technicians’ work orders, tagged warranty parts, and sold parts to customers.
- Negotiate with manufacturers and vendors to process warranty claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process warranty claims/billing and act as a liaison between vendor and customer for collection and return of cores.
Parts Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of Automotive Parts Experience.
- 3+ years of Import Parts Experience.
- Prior use of CDK.
- Leadership skills.
- Driver’s License.
