Troncalli Automotive is proud to celebrate 75 years as a family-owned and operated dealership group built on integrity, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships. We are seeking an experienced and driven BDC Representative to join our team at Troncalli CJDR!
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the CDJR Service BDC department. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and proficient in leading a team of BDC Service Representatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position ensures that communications with customers are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with dealership standards.
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Sunday: Off
- Additional day off will rotate (Wednesday or Saturday)
Note: Schedule is not fixed and may change based on business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Review BDC processes and scripts, identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and best practices, and make recommendations to the Service Manager.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor call queues and response times to ensure coverage throughout the day.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of department performance every week.
- Ensure CRM and scheduling tools are used correctly and consistently.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of Service BDC experience.
- 3+ years of automotive dealership experience.
- Experience working in a CDJR Dealership is highly preferred, but not required.
