Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all internet leads (website, third-party platforms, email, chat, and text) in a timely and professional manner
- Drive online sales performance by setting appointments and following up with prospects
- Oversee and maintain dealership social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including posting inventory, promotions, and engaging content
- Take and upload high-quality photos of vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate and appealing online listings
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from online inquiry to in-store experience
- Track and analyze lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all customer interactions are properly logged
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and automotive e-commerce best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic photography skills (smartphone photography is acceptable)
