Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing online internet leads, engaging with potential customers, and helping customers on the showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills; a sales or retail background is preferred. We are willing to train the right person. This includes becoming Factory Certified to sell new vehicles. Experience with CRM software is highly valued to enhance customer engagement and expand our reach. Dealer Sockett is the CRM Platform we use.
Duties
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue across digital platforms
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently
- Conduct outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to organize customer information, track interactions, and optimize sales processes
- Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring high-end sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain inventory control by coordinating with inventory management systems and ensuring product availability for online customers
- Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone etiquette, clear communication, and product knowledge
- Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management tools is essential
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for reaching diverse customer bases
- Experience in retail math, upselling techniques, and marketing strategies will enhance performance
- Prior experience in dealership settings or automobile sales is highly desirable
- Ability to perform effectively in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation
