Schedule (Set & Consistent)
- Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Days Off: Sunday & Monday

What You’ll Do
- Support families with account updates, enrollments, and questions (100% via phone/email/text)
- Handle customer issues and provide clear, solutions-focused responses
- Manage daily administrative tasks and follow structured processes
- Communicate updates clearly with families and internal team
- Keep operations running smoothly and consistently each day
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of customer service or similar experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Comfortable working independently and following systems
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (CRM, scheduling systems, etc.)
