Rock's Trailer Sales is looking for an organized hard working individual to fill the position as our Parts Manager & Service Writer. Must have mechanical aptitude, able to switch gears easily in a fast paced environment, good customer service and communication is a must.
This is a full time position. Hours 8:00/8:30-5/5:30 M-F Sat 9:45-1
Main responsibilities:
-Order, keep track of, stock & price parts department (ADP/CDK system)
-Assess & write up service work
-Schedule service jobs
-Help customers (answer phones, check out customers/money handling)
*Forklift experience preferred
