Job Summary
Elyria Hyundai is looking for a driven, customer- focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As our customer base expands, we are specifically seeking a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure we provide exceptional, transparent service to our entire community.

Whether you are helping a family find the perfect SUV or walking a first time buyer through the features of the newest Hyundai models, your ability to communicate clearly in both languages will be key to your success and our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with bilingual customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options confidently and clearly
Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow-ups
Upsell additional products, services, or vehicle accessories to maximize sales revenue
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership goals

Skills

Fluency in at least two languages (multilingual proficiency) with excellent communication skills in both languages
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales within a dealership setting
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-end sales confidently
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, and sales pipeline development
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple clients and tasks
Outstanding phone etiquette and public speaking abilities for engaging customer interactions
Knowledge of marketing strategies, outbound sales techniques, and customer service excellence
Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and apply retail math principles effectively
