Full time position is available. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday - two days off.
Earning Potential: $600.00 base/$700 to $1,200.00 potential commission ($75.00 per install $50.00 per calibration) per week.
About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dealership Service Drive Concierge Representative. Bilingual is preferred. In this role, you will represent both the dealership and Olympic Integrity Auto Glass, ensuring a 5-star customer experience while assisting guests with their auto service needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for guests to address their auto glass damage, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional care and efficiency. This is a commission based position. Or $600 a week. Which ever is more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the dealership service drive with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Contacting Insurance Companies for information.
- Provide a seamless and premium customer service experience, acting as a liaison between the dealership and Olympic Integrity Auto Glass.
- Assess customer needs and set up scheduled appointments for auto glass repairs.
- Build trust and rapport with guests to ensure they receive top-tier service.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times (no visible tattoos).
- Uphold the dealership’s and Olympic Integrity Auto Glass’s reputation by embodying integrity and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and exceed targets.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a 5-star experience.
- Money-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Professional, clean-cut appearance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is a plus but not required.
