Reflections Ceramic and Detail is seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer / Ceramic Coater & Detailer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end detailing, ceramic coating, and PPF installations on vehicles, boats, RVs, and more. Position Overview As a PPF Installer / Detailer, you will be responsible for: Performing expert-level installations of our premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Liquid Protection Films . Completing interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, buffing, waxing, engine bay cleaning, and paint correction. Operating polishing machines, vacuums, pressure washers, and other detailing equipment with confidence and precision. Working on a wide variety of vehicles including cars, boats, motorcycles, jet skis, aircraft and RVs at our fully equipped shop or at marinas and client locations. Ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in pristine, “as close to perfect” condition. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive work environment. Maintaining tools, supplies, and cleanliness of work areas, while managing materials and inventory.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
