Sales Manager – Beverly Hills Marshall Goldman
Marshall Goldman, one of the nation’s premier luxury and exotic automotive dealerships, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager for our Beverly Hills location.
We specialize in high-end, exotic, and luxury vehicles and are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and understands how to drive both sales volume and gross profit while holding a team accountable to elite standards.
This is not a desk-manager-only position. We are looking for a true leader who can motivate, train, close deals, enforce process, and help elevate an already strong team to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Desk and structure deals for maximum profitability
- TO (turn over) customers and assist sales staff in closing deals
- Drive accountability across the sales team
- Monitor lead response times, follow-up activity, and CRM usage
- Train and mentor sales consultants on process, negotiation, and closing
- Help manage inventory strategy alongside leadership
- Work closely with procurement and buyers on inventory opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial contact to delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics, gross profit, and conversion rates
- Maintain urgency and professionalism throughout the sales process
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing talent
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Luxury or exotic automotive experience strongly preferred
- Strong desking and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive gross profit and team performance
- High-level understanding of CRM processes and lead management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume luxury environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly accountable
- Passion for luxury and exotic automobiles
