The Colonial Automotive Group has 17 locations throughout the Metropolitan Boston, South Shore and Central Mass area. The right candidate will:
- Possess the ability to work with the sales and management teams.
- Manage the F&I process from a customer perspective as well as professionally manage paperwork OFAC, Red Flag, in-transit contracts and the like.
- Work closely with all dealership personnel to insure an exceptional and highly professional customer experience.
- Help manage deal structure and profit levels as well as assist in goal setting and achieving stated objectives for PSPT, PRU and warranty penetration.
- Insure that all deal related documentation meets all state, federal and organization guidelines, as well as insuring a fully transparent, ethical transaction with each and every customer.
- Possess the ability to work with customers during the sale and after-sale process to insure high conversion and customer retention.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills in both staff and customer facing situations.
Available positions offer a solid 6-figure income opportunity and room to grow! Automotive F&I experience is a must. Sales Management experience is important but not a requirement.
