Jones Junction is seeking a high-performing, experienced Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM Service Manager to lead one of our fast-paced, high-volume service departments. We’re looking for a proven fixed operations leader who understands the CDJR brand, thrives under pressure, and is driven to maximize service performance, retention, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee all Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM service operations and daily workflow
✔ Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
✔ Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and long-term retention
✔ Monitor and improve KPIs including RO count, hours per RO, ELR, and gross profit
✔ Ensure compliance with Stellantis service standards, warranty processes, and policies
✔ Manage warranty claims, approvals, and manufacturer relations
✔ Handle escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally
✔ Work closely with parts and sales departments for seamless operations
✔ Maintain scheduling efficiency and maximize shop productivity
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as a Service Manager in a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM dealership
✔ Strong knowledge of Stellantis warranty systems, policies, and service programs
✔ Track record of improving service performance, efficiency, and profitability
✔ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
✔ Strong organizational and communication abilities
✔ Experience with DMS, service scheduling tools, and reporting systems
✔ Ability to manage a high-volume shop while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

- Paid Time Off: 40 hours available each calendar year for full-time and part-time employees, beginning after 106 days of employment. Multiple tiers of PTO for full-time employees with seniority beyond 5 years.
