Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service department, ensuring top-notch customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality automotive repairs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for writing, managing and processing all internal repair orders
Daily management of the shop work in process; to include daily meetings with service and parts managers to ensure vehicles are being repaired in a timely manor.
Assist the warranty clerk with the collection of needed information required to get warranty claims processed and piad.
Ensure that customers are being updated on the status of their vehicle repairs in a timely and periodic manor.
Assist customer with complaints and help in any conflict resolutions.

Skills

Proven dealership experience
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Must be disciplined, reliable, and orginized
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with dealership management system, Reynold and Reynolds a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
