Compensation
$65,000 – $150,000+ per year
(Hourly Base + Performance-Based Commission + Bonuses)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will own the customer experience from start to finish:
- Writing accurate and complete repair orders in Tekmetric
- Reviewing and sanitizing technician inspections for clarity and professionalism
- Building complete, well-structured estimates (Safety / Maintenance / Future)
- Presenting recommendations clearly and confidently
- Managing customer communication (calls, texts, updates)
- Sourcing and ordering parts (no dedicated parts department)
- Coordinating with technicians to maintain workflow

What You Bring
- Automotive experience (service, parts, or technician) OR strong hands-on knowledge
