Position: Automotive Sales Manager

We are currently selling 200+ units per month and looking for a proven, high-energy leader with true high-volume experience who can help drive us to even greater success.

What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and hold a high-performing sales team accountable for results
- Drive volume, gross, and CSI in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Desk deals and successfully close deals over the phone
- Develop strategies to continue growing volume and profitability
- Build a culture of urgency, accountability, and winning
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process
