We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead and manage our dealership sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving vehicle sales performance, coaching sales staff, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of dealership operations, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Duties

Assist sales staff with negotiations and closing deals.
Review and approve sales contracts and pricing structures.
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to maximize profitability.
Sales Leadership & Performance
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of automotive sales consultants.
Set and monitor individual and team sales goals to achieve dealership targets.
Analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Handle escalated customer concerns and negotiate complex deals.
Maintain strong relationships with repeat and referral customers.

Deal Structuring & Closing Duties

Assist sales staff with negotiations and closing deals.

Inventory & Market Management Duties

Work with management to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and marketed.

Compliance & Reporting Duties

Ensure all sales activities comply with dealership policies and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and campaigns.
