Ocean Infiniti is seeking an experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. We are looking for a polished, results-driven professional with a background in luxury or high-end sales who understands the level of service, presentation, and follow-through expected by discerning clients.

Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with a high-end, consultative approach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Infiniti vehicles and features
- Follow up on leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals
- Work collaboratively with management, F&I, and BDC teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive sales experience required
- Luxury or high-end sales experience strongly preferred (automotive, jewelry, real estate, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver a premium customer experience
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually (commission-based)
