We are looking for a high-level Automotive Service Advisor who can lead the customer experience, drive revenue with integrity, and help us continue raising the standard in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and build relationships with customers from check-in to delivery
- Listen carefully, identify concerns, and translate them into clear repair orders
- Present repair recommendations with confidence, honesty, and clarity
- Manage workflow between technicians and customers for efficiency
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and updates
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience
- Maintain strong closing ratios and profit margins while protecting customer trust
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to a positive, professional, team-driven culture

What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Track record of high closing ratios and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong math and estimate-building confidence
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
