What You’ll Do
- Engage qualified buyers from walk-ins, appointments, and internet leads
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Present and negotiate pricing and trade values
- Collaborate with sales managers and F&I to streamline deals
- Maintain CRM follow-up and pipeline organization
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final delivery
- Contribute to a winning, goal-oriented team environment
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of proven success in automotive sales (Ford experience a plus)
- Track record of hitting volume, PVR, and CSI goals
- Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in the close
- Strong understanding of CRM usage, negotiating, and objection handling
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
