Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Obtain Va Salesperson License within 45 Days
- Ability to assist customers in ascertaining the correct parts
- Administering cycle counts, quarterly and annual inventories
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who visits us
- Assist customers in selecting the trailer that best suits their needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Assisting in making deliveries if necessary
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Completing Finance Applications and communicating with financial institutions
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Filing and following up on Warranty Claim Paperwork as needed
- Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails.
- Front and back counter sales for walk-in customers
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Listen to customers to determine their needs, then provide options
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining a high level of service to all customers
- Order processing
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Quoting both external customers and internal Service Sales & Technical Staff
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Job Requirements:
- Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
- Outgoing personality
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Previous trailer sales experience is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Top Notch Organizational Skills
- Willingness to utilize Parts Software
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, and squat
- Reviewing service paperwork daily for accuracy
- Scheduling delivery of truck/trailer parts to customers
