Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager / Sales Manager to lead our dealership’s finance and sales operations. Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, offering tailored financing options that meet their needs and budgets.
- Analyze credit reports, perform credit analysis, and determine loan eligibility in compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations.
- Prepare and review all loan documents, contracts, and title processing to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with lenders to secure favorable financing terms while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to foster repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team on best practices in automobile sales, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Skills
- Proven experience in dealership sales or automotive finance management with a strong understanding of automobile sales processes.
- Expertise in financial services, including loan officer experience, credit analysis, loan processing, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency with financial software systems used for credit application processing and title management.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships through transparent communication.
- Basic math skills including 10 key typing proficiency for accurate data entry and calculations.

Pay: $61,000.67 - $100,000.00 per year
