Windy City Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team! Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Assist with daily operations including sales floor management, deal structure, and customer engagement.
- Help set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for Fit Specialists and sales staff.
- Maintain compliance with all Harley-Davidson and dealership sales processes.
- Collaborate with the F&I and Marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in motorcycle or automotive sales leadership preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to hit targets.
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
- Proficiency with DMS/CRM systems (Talon, Lightspeed, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
