We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our DODGE ,RAM AND, JEEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
Duties :
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and meet dealership targets.
- Manage inventory by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate representation on the sales floor.
- Conduct cold calling efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with financing options, trade-in evaluations, and paperwork.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date.
- Apply retail math skills to calculate payments, discounts, and financing options for customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying process to foster long-term relationships.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- A background in customer service is highly valued as it contributes to a positive buying experience.
- Familiarity with dealership operations or retail environments is beneficial.
