Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and bilingual Finance Manager to help launch and grow our finance department at I-35 Trailer Store. This position will be based out of our Seagoville, TX location while supporting all three of our dealership locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, selling backend products, building lender relationships, and helping maximize dealership profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Duties

Work directly with customers to secure financing for trailer purchases
Extended warranties
GAP coverage
Tire & wheel protection
Theft protection
Service contracts
Other finance and protection products
Submit deals to lenders and structure financing approvals
Build and maintain relationships with banks and finance companies
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed correctly
Assist sales staff with deal structure and financing options
Maintain strong closing ratios and product penetration
Handle financing for all three dealership locations
Deliver a professional and customer-focused finance experience
Help establish processes and procedures for the finance department

Requirements

Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous finance/F&I experience required
Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, or trailer dealership financing is required
Strong communication and closing skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Experience with lender portals and financing software preferred
