Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their experience with us. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers: Provide a warm welcome to all customers entering the facility.
- Answer Phone: Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Handle Claims from Start to Finish: Assist customers in navigating their insurance claims hassle-free, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Go Over Damage with Customers: Assess and discuss vehicle damage details with customers, ensuring they understand the repair process.
- Update Customers on Repairs: Regularly communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, keeping them informed and reassured.
- Walk Customers to Car on Final Repairs: Personally escort customers to their vehicles upon completion of repairs, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Work with Assignment Estimator: Collaborate closely with the assigned estimator to manage the repair workflow and ensure timely updates.
- Close All Files with Estimator: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and files are closed efficiently in coordination with the estimator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and various office software.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
