Automotive Sales Representative

Delta Auto Group of Miami is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based sales position, ideal for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable on camera, and motivated by unlimited earning potential. If you are driven, proactive, and willing to put in the work, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow your income based on performance.
Compensation
- $350 per vehicle sold from dealership-generated leads
- $1,000 per vehicle sold on self-generated sales
The more you sell, the more you earn. This position is designed for someone who wants to take control of their income and be rewarded for results.
Schedule
- Full-time
- One weekday off
- Every other Sunday required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals
- Create your own opportunities through networking and outreach
- Participate in videos, reels, and other social media content
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable on camera
- Spanish is required
- Professional English communication is a plus
