Parts & Accessories Manager

Southern California Motorcycles has been part of the Southern California riding community for over 26 years. We represent Triumph, Ducati, Royal Enfield, and Suzuki, and we are continuing to grow both in-store and online.
We are looking for an experienced Powersports Parts & Accessories Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our parts department and ecommerce business.
This is not a corporate dealership role where you sit in an office all day. We are a smaller, fast-moving team where attitude, ownership, and culture matter. The right person will help maintain strong daily operations while also helping us expand our online business, improve processes, and continue building a department that riders actually want to buy from.
Our ecommerce business is growing quickly. We recently launched our online store and will soon be expanding heavily into parts, accessories, and dirt-focused products. We need someone who understands both the operational side of a parts department and the modern retail/ecommerce side of the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Daily parts and accessories operations
- Customer service at the counter, phone, and online
- Inventory control and purchasing
- Ecommerce support including Shopify and eBay
- OEM and vendor ordering
- Accessory and gear sales growth
- Department organization and process improvement
- Supporting a positive, team-oriented culture
- Helping us grow without losing the operational backbone that got us here
What We're Looking For
- Previous powersports parts management experience
- Strong understanding of OEM parts systems and inventory management
- Experience with Lightspeed, Shopify, eBay, Parts Unlimited, or similar systems is a major plus
- Active rider strongly preferred
This role is best suited for someone who genuinely understands motorcycle culture, gear, accessories, and the customer experience that comes with it.

Compensation
- Hourly base pay plus performance commission
- Expected compensation range: approximately $65,000-$85,000+ depending on experience and department performance
