Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
Communicate with customers, present our vehicles, and identify their needs
Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
Perform test drives, and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
Follow-up with customers to maintain the relationships and deliver a quality experience
Answer/make calls and respond to internet inquiries / generate leads

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:

Luxury sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus!
High school diploma or the equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with diverse personalities and backgrounds is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga
