General Manager – Automotive Dealership (Domestic Brand)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Re-establishing structure, accountability, and daily operating discipline across all departments
- Driving a high-performance culture in Sales, Service, and F&I
- Building and enforcing processes that improve efficiency, CSI, and profitability
- Developing department leaders who can execute without constant oversight
- Creating a customer experience that stands out in the market—not just “good enough”
- Analyzing performance metrics and making real-time adjustments to improve results
- Recruiting, coaching, and retaining top-tier talent
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven General Manager (or high-level GSM/Fixed Ops Director ready to step up) with a track record of turning around or stabilizing performance
- Strong operational mindset—process-driven, not personality-dependent
- Deep understanding of both variable and fixed operations
- Someone who holds the line on standards and doesn’t make excuses
- A leader who can earn respect from the team while raising expectations
- High-level focus on customer satisfaction, not just short-term gross
