The High Energy/Dynamic Role - Customer Service Rep/Appointment Coordinator
We are seeking a high-energy, Phone-First Communicator to join our team. This is an individual who thrives in high-volume environments and understands that every conversation is an opportunity to help a neighbor get back on the road. The ideal candidate comes from an environment where warmth and urgency go hand-in-hand—think high-end hotels, busy medical offices, or luxury salons.
At HEART (Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation), our mission is built into our DNA. We are a family-owned organization with over 40 years of history, committed to providing a "white-collar" experience in the automotive industry. We lead with Integrity, Passion, and Transparency—not just in the service bays, but in every part of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Conversion: Focus every interaction on securing a booked visit. You aren't just resolving inquiries; you are the gateway to our service bays.
- High-Volume Communication: Manage a heavy flow of inbound calls as your primary medium, delivering professional and empathetic service every time.
- CRM & Scheduling: Use internal software tools to accurately log data and manage shop schedules efficiently.
- Goal Achievement: Track and hit measurable targets, including booking rates, conversion percentages, and total call volume handled.
What We Are Looking For
- The Hospitality Mindset: Experience in front-desk or customer-facing roles (hotels, restaurants, medical/dental scheduling, or salon reception) where you’ve been rewarded for being both friendly and fast.
- Phone Mastery: You are most comfortable when you are on the phone. Your voice is your natural medium for building trust.
- Script Flexibility: You can follow a proven service framework without sounding like a robot. You adapt your tone to the customer’s needs without going "off-rails."
- Reliability: You must be self-managed and capable of owning your numbers without constant supervisor overhead.
- Tech Comfort: You are comfortable navigating basic scheduling and CRM software.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $35,600.00 - $41,600.00 / year + Performance Bonus (finalized within 90 days).
- Work-Life Balance
- Full Benefits (after 30 days): Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
- Future Planning: 401(k) with company match.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a role where performance was measured by specific targets or metrics.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in office and in a dedicated remote environment.
- Deep alignment with HEART’s core values of Integrity and Transparency.
- Culture: Join a mission-driven team dedicated to Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation.
- Accountability Culture: We treat our team like pros and reward those who consistently hit their targets.
