Position Title: Automotive Service Writer/Sales Associate
DESCRIPTION OF PAY
$20-$26 per hour plus commissions on sales
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Automotive Service Writer/Sales Associate for Big O Tires, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales. If you have a service sales background, a proven track record in tire and/or automotive repair sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales of tires and service-related needs
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an excellent guest experience
- Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues
- Keep up to date through online as well as in-person training
- Assist store manager and other sales or service associates as needed in order to exceed our customers' expectations
- Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas
- Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking
- Maintain showroom merchandise
- Willingness to assist tire and oil change technicians when short-staffed
- Act as assistant manager when store manager is off site
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years minimum tire & auto service sales experience
- Strong auto service and/or tire sales knowledge
- Good leadership abilities and team building
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient at preventive maintenance sales
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Driver's license
