Bill Luke Automotive Group has a rare and immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Writer to join our extremely high-volume service drive.

Our service department is always busy, with 100+ vehicles moving through the drive daily. This position is not for beginners — we are seeking proven, high-performing Service Advisors who thrive in fast-paced environments and understand that customer experience and delivery are everything.

Compensation: $5,500 – $8,000 per month

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage the flow of a high-volume service lane
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
Deliver prompt, professional, and concierge-level customer service
Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
Ensure available technician time is consistently sold and maximized
Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone
Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management
Create positive, lasting impressions that turn customers into customers for life

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of dealership Service Advisor experience required
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent computer and communication skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be 18 years of age or older
