We continue to experience exceptional growth both in our industry and local markets. As a result, we are adding an additional experienced Customer Service Representative to our operational model. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; be computer and technology proficient; have excellent communication and organizational skills; strong people person attitude, have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of vehicles a plus. The Customer Service Representative position will be handling a high volume of phone traffic and interaction with customers each day and all related administrative tasks needed for repair work orders. Additionally, the incumbent will manage appointment scheduling, payments, tow and rental agreements. Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work with others as a team member and contribute to team and individual goals and objectives.
