Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. No automotive car sales experience necessary. This is a non-commissioned position. Pay is based on volume and customer experience scores. If you have always wanted to get into sales but didn't want to be on commission this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify potential customers and create a sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities is a plus
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline a plus but not required
