The Reality: We don’t have time to teach you what an F-150 PowerBoost is, how to navigate SmartVincent, or how to calculate an A-Plan lease vs. a Z-Plan purchase. We need a seasoned pro who can walk onto our showroom floor and close a deal on day one.
At Briarwood Ford, business is growing, our new inventory is stocked, and we are looking for a high-performing New Car Sales Representative who already has Blue Oval blood pumping through their veins.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Prior Ford dealership sales experience is strictly required for this role. If you haven't sold new Ford vehicles professionally within a dealership setting, please sit this one out.What You’ll Be Doing
- Closing Deals: Handing over the keys to the newest lineup of Ford trucks, SUVs, and EVs (from the F-150 and Maverick to the Bronco and Mustang Mach-E).
- Mastering the Tech: Guiding customers through the Ford app activation, BlueCruise demonstrations, and digital ownership features.
- Navigating the Plans: Seamlessly handling Metro Detroit and Washtenaw County's heavy volume of A/Z/X Plan buyers with absolute accuracy.
- Building a Pipeline: Leveraging our massive local database and your own book of business to maintain a steady stream of repeat and referral traffic.
- Delivering a 5-Star Experience: Keeping our CSI scores elite by providing the transparent, pressure-free buying experience that Briarwood is famous for.
The Must-Haves (No Exceptions)
- Ford Experience: A proven, verifiable track record of selling new Ford vehicles. You must already know the product line inside and out.
- System Literacy: Immediate familiarity with Ford dealership software (OASIS, SmartVincent, FMC Dealer, and modern CRM systems).
- The Blueprint: Complete understanding of Ford Motor Credit processes, leasing structures, and factory rebates/incentives.
- Professionalism: High energy, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a professional demeanor.
- Local Integrity: A commitment to serving the Saline, Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti communities with honesty.
