Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Act as the primary closer on all high-value deals—ensure deals are structured correctly and closed efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance department to streamline the F&I process.
- Train and develop sales associates through regular feedback and role-play scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local regulations.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and promptly.
- Keep the showroom organized and presentable to reflect the luxury brand image.
Qualifications & Qualities We Value
- Proven success in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury or high-line segment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management or closer role in the automotive space.
- Strong understanding of financing, leasing, and deal structuring.
- A natural leader who inspires confidence and high performance in others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual is a plus.
